Mr. Ashok Maheshwari is the Founding and Senior Partner of Ashok Maheshwary & Associates and has more than thirty years of experience in his specialized fields of Corporate Financial & Tax Consultancy. Mr. Ashok Maheshwari has rich experience in the fields of Assurance, Financial & Legal Corporate Consulting and Taxation.

Laxman Kumar Nasarpuri : M. Com, MBA, LLB, FCS, ICWA, MIMA
Mr. Laxman Kumar Nasarpuri is a qualified professional consultant specializing in financial advisory services for the past over 15 years. His major areas of expertise have been Real Estate, Textile and Power Industry .Prior to his consultancy assignments, he has worked with Private and Public Sector companies at senior management levels for 13 years.


Anoop Ramchandani : ING, Germany
Mr. Anoop Ramchandani is an engineer from Germany in heavy electrical branch and has been self employed for quite a long time as a manufacturer and a trader. Currently, he is into logistics and financial management.


Amit Maheshwari : B.Com(H), ACA
Amit Maheshwari , a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a Chartered Accountant since 2006 heads the Direct Tax practice of the firm . He is an Expert in International Taxation. He has successfully advised many Multinational Corporation on their Entry Strategy in India. He is closely involved in structuring Inbound and outbound investment in India from the point of view of Domestic and International Taxation, FEMA regulations and other Indirect Tax implications.

Sumit Maheshwari : B.Com(H), ACA
Mr. Sumit Maheshwari, a commerce graduate from Delhi University and a CA since 2009 has exposure to multi tasking assignments particularly in guiding the clients right from conception of business idea to incorporation of a company to financial closure and implementation of the projects with emphasis on organization structuring and capital structuring .He has developed an expertise in debt syndication with appropriate structuring to suit the needs of each specific client.
